what is a christian marriage???

Definition of Christian Marriage

Christian marriage is a marriage that is based on God's will and is carried out according to His decrees from the beginning. Christian marriage is not only carried out in a ceremonial ritual, but the most important thing is a spiritual awareness of what is the goal of Christianity. Andreas J. Kostenberger and David W. Jones note that:

According to Jesus, “what God has joined together, let man not separate” (Matt. 19:6, cf. Mark 10:9). This makes clear that Jesus did not view marriage as a mere social institution or convention. Rather, according to Jesus, marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a woman instituted by and entered into before God. (According to Jesus, "what God has joined together, man must not separate" (Matt. 19:6, cf. Mark 10:9). This makes it clear that Jesus did not view marriage as a mere social institution or convention. On the contrary, according to Jesus, marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a woman established by and made before God).

Andreas and David see that Christian marriage is a marriage that is done by God Himself in human life in a sacred way. With God's own purpose and purpose in it (Gen. 1:27-28).

Christian marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman to live together (Gen. 2:24). Mary Esanbor explained the meaning of Christian marriage which God had originally ordained, namely: Marriage according to God's design is between a man and woman, not between a man and a man or a woman and a woman ... and everything that He created was good (Marriage according to God's plan is between a man and a woman, not between a man and a man or a woman and a woman ... and everything He created is good.) In this case, Mary Esanbor saw that marriage was God's plan between the opposite sex, not the same sex (Gen. 1:27 and Gen. 2:18).
